Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:15am - 3:15pm
• Friday: 6:15am - 11:15am

Location: Gaydon, Warwick

Role Overview

We are currently looking for reliable and proactive Wheel Support / PDI Technicians to join a busy automotive manufacturing environment in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an eye for detail who enjoy working as part of a fast-paced production team.

You will be responsible for supporting vehicle build operations by ensuring wheels are correctly sequenced, delivered to the production line on time, and assisting with vehicle preparation and quality checks prior to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow daily production and launch-to-line plans
• Organise and sequence wheels for delivery directly to the production line
• Identify and rectify sequencing issues before wheels reach the fit station
• Inspect wheels for defects and source alternatives where required
• Carry out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) support activities
• Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects or concerns
• Ensure vehicles meet required quality standards prior to release
• Maintain a clean, organised working area to support efficient production
• Escalate issues promptly to minimise disruption to production

Key Skills & Attributes

• Previous automotive, production, PDI or vehicle preparation experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work from plans and adapt to changing priorities
• Good communication skills
• Reliable with a positive work ethic
