Resident Engineers

Our Resident Engineers provide Customer site support to our clients, ensuring that products meet customer specifications.

Working as part of the client organisation, they integrate with customer SQA engineers and production personnel, actively investigating point of fit issues and implementing containment and corrective actions, reporting back all issues to facilitate root cause analysis and problem resolution.

The resident will also proactively inspect incoming product, and manage non-conforming material, they serve as the main day-to-day point of contact between customer and supplier, ensuring seamless communication and sustained focus on supplier quality. Through their efforts, our Resident Engineers build strong, effective relationships between customers and suppliers, driving continuous improvement in product quality.
