Dino Kyriacou - Owner and CEO
Dino founded G&P Group Holdings and remains the driving force behind its vision and strategy. As a hands-on leader, he actively engages with teams to ensure excellence, innovation, and continued growth across the business.
Geoff Cousins - Chairman
Geoff has worked in a number of key leadership and business transforming roles, including CFO North America and Managing Director UK for Jaguar Land Rover. Geoff joined G&P in January 2019 to help drive a restructuring of the business to lay the foundations for an ambitious growth strategy.
Simon Francis - Group Quality Director
With more than 25 years’ experience in automotive quality, holding roles in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Product Development and Quality Management, Simon sets the direction for the Group’s quality assurance activities, leading the adoption of technology and innovation in our operations and services. Simon is also responsible for maintaining our accreditation to international standards, QTrak development, Environment and Health and Safety.
Rupert Musgrove - UK Managing Director
Rupert brings over 25 years of technical expertise, having worked at Dyson and JLR in leadership roles, driving quality and customer satisfaction improvement across engineering, operations, and supply chain.
Andrew Santer - Group Finance Director
With over 30 years' experience within Finance roles predominantly in the manufacturing industry across international markets. Andrew is a hands on Finance Director and leads the Finance and Admin teams.
Marco den Dekker - Managing Director of Central and Eastern Europe
With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in quality management, business leadership, and team development, working for OEMs and suppliers, Marco brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Alex Onoufriou - G&P Talent, Managing Director
A highly experienced recruitment leader, Alex was previously managing director of talent solutions at award-winning search and staffing firm InterQuest Group. During an illustrious career, Onoufriou has held a diverse range of senior roles at leading global brands including Vodafone, Lloyds Banking Group, Adecco and KornFerry.
We have established an enviable competency framework to enhance the recruitment, training and performance management of our personnel, which is underpinned by our use of psychometric testing.
