Working within a small team, you will be responsible for managing stock records, coordinating goods in and out, supporting dispatch activities, and ensuring accurate warehouse administration. • Produce stock reports and communicate shortages or issues to relevant teams.
  • Support the development of warehouse processes and best practices.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains safe, organised and efficient at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience within warehouse administration, stock control, inventory coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining stock records and updating inventory systems.
  • Understanding of goods receiving, dispatch, purchase orders and delivery documentation.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a small team.
  • Proactive, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, automotive or industrial environments would be advantageous.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP or warehouse management systems is desirable.

What's on Offer?

  • Opportunity to help shape and develop warehouse processes from the ground up.
  • Join a growing engineering and manufacturing business.
  • Varied role combining warehouse operations and administration.
  • Supportive team environment with long-term career potential.
