Task Force Supervisor

G&P is a world-leading quality management provider operating across the automotive, aerospace, defence and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth in the Czech Republic, we are looking for a TaskForce Supervisor to support operational delivery at customer sites.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project / Business Manager, you will coordinate quality inspectors, ensure smooth service delivery, and act as the key operational contact on site. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring regular travel between projects.

Requirements

• Based in the Liberec region (North Bohemia)
• Regular travel across North Bohemia & Mladá Boleslav
• Driving licence category B – active driver (essential)
• Experience in Automotive or Quality Inspection is an advantage
• Basic English and Czech communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of quality inspectors
• Ensure services meet G&P and customer standards
• Monitor team performance and attendance
• Support onboarding of new inspectors
• Maintain accurate reporting and administration
• Act as operational contact for the customer

Candidate Profile

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or quality preferred
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
• Willingness to travel regularly

Location & Travel

Field-based role with regular travel across North Bohemia and the Mladá Boleslav region.
