Supervisor – Automotive Quality (ZF)

We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in the automotive sector in Jablonec nad Nisou. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of inspectors, ensuring quality standards are met, and acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of quality inspectors on the assigned project
• Organize daily activities and ensure smooth operation of the shift
• Communicate with customers and, where applicable, international partners
• Handle operational and crisis situations (e.g. non-conforming parts)
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, automotive standards, and procedures
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate reporting in internal systems
• Oversee product quality and ensure customer requirements are met
• Perform inspections according to project specifications
• Maintain overview of team skills and training (Skills Matrix)
• Train, onboard, and support new inspectors
• Ensure compliance with HSE and internal regulations
• Support the Project Coordinator with recruitment activities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in team leadership or a natural ability to lead
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good PC skills (email, basic Excel, administration)
• Driving licence (Category B) – active driver
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Independent, responsible, and proactive approach
• Flexibility and dynamic mindset
• Experience in automotive or quality control is an advantage
• Communicative level of English is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Full-time position
• Fixed-term contract (project-based employment)
• Immediate start available
• 12-hour shifts (short/long week rotation)



Salary & Benefits

• 205 CZK/hour + 20 CZK/hour performance bonus (up to 225 CZK/hour)
• Meal allowance: 120 CZK/day
• 2 sick days per year
