Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to join our team in Mladá Boleslav (Bezděčín). If you have a natural leadership mindset, strong communication skills in English, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

You will play a key role in leading a team, ensuring quality standards, and communicating with international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of inspectors during the shift
• Organize daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Communicate daily in English with international partners
• Handle operational and technical issues, including non-conforming parts
• Maintain accurate records and prepare quality reports in internal systems
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, procedures, and work instructions
• Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement
• Act as the main point of contact between the team and the Project Coordinator

What We’re Looking For

• Communicative English (minimum B2 level) – both spoken and written
• High school education with graduation (secondary education with diploma)
• Good PC skills (MS Office, reporting, administration)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Driving licence (Category B)
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in team leadership or quality (automotive preferred)
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members

Working Conditions

• Full-time employment (HPP)
• Immediate start possible
• Two-shift operation (morning/afternoon)
• Location: Mladá Boleslav – Bezděčín

Salary & Benefits

• 200 CZK/hour + 10 CZK/hour performance bonus
• Monthly salary approx. 33,000 – 36,500 CZK gross
• Meal allowance: 120 CZK per working day
• 2 sick days per year
