Our client looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital & Social Media Manager to lead strategy, content, and performance across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven marketer; someone who understands how to craft compelling content, grow engaged communities, and drive measurable business results.


You’ll be responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns, tailoring messaging for diverse audiences, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing lifestyle-led storytelling with performance-focused strategy.


An interest in the automotive and fashion industry would be ideal.


**This role does require travel to the clients Chelsea branch when required**


Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute integrated digital strategies across social media and paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Leverage platform data, audience insights, and competitive research to inform campaign direction and identify high-impact content opportunities.
  • Plan and manage retargeting and funnel-based campaigns to boost conversions and maximise ROI.

Social Media & Community Growth

  • Lead and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X, ensuring all content is aligned with brand voice and strategy.
  • Build vibrant communities through active engagement with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Monitor conversations and sentiment across platforms, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses.

Content Planning & Campaign Execution

  • Own the content calendar, aligning posts with key product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling pillars.
  • Collaborate with creatives (photographers, videographers, designers) to produce visually striking, high-performing content.
  • Develop and optimise content for the CEO’s personal brand channels to elevate thought leadership and visibility.



What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in digital strategy and performance marketing, ideally within lifestyle, luxury, or automotive sectors.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and social analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of campaign funnels, attribution models, and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with analytical thinking—you know how to craft great content and why it performs.
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations and growing engaged online communities.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Passion for design, innovation, luxury culture, and automotive excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
