We are partnering with a leading company in the Czech Republic to find an experienced Painting Line Expert who will oversee the complete painting process of plastic parts. This is a hands-on, highly visible role where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will directly influence product quality, process stability, and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

As a Painting Line Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across the painting process. You will work closely with production, quality, development teams, and suppliers to implement best practices, analyze defects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process & Quality Management:
• Full responsibility for the painting technology of plastic parts
• Ensure process stability and achieve optical and functional quality standards
• Analyze defects (e.g., orange peel, dust, bubbles, uneven surfaces) and implement corrective actions
• Technical Support & Innovation:
• Support the introduction of new products, materials, and technologies
• Collaborate with suppliers to select optimal materials and equipment
• Define process parameters and maintain technological documentation
• Training & Collaboration:
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal employees
• Work closely with quality, production, and development teams to solve technical challenges
• Contribute actively to projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing scrap

Candidate Requirements:

• Detailed knowledge of plastic painting processes – surface preparation, paint types, curing, mixing systems, and quality measurement
• Ability to analyze defects and implement improvements
• Strong understanding of technical documentation and process parameters
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach
• Commitment to safety, environmental standards, and company procedures

Working Hours:

• Single shift, 40 hours/week
• Immediate start
