A leading luxury car manufacturer is looking for highly skilled Paint Technicians to join our Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) team in Woking, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end and bespoke vehicles, including classics and special editions, within a world-class manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, paint, and finish vehicles to the highest luxury standards
• Work on a range of vehicles including SVO, classic, and limited-edition models
• Ensure colour matching, detailing, and surface quality meet strict quality standards
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production flow and delivery schedules
• Maintain equipment and working area to company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive painting, ideally within SVO, classic, or luxury vehicles
• Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Knowledge of modern and traditional paint techniques
• Understanding of health and safety standards in a paint environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Flexibility and commitment to delivering excellence on every vehicle
