Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

This full-time position merges two core areas – Impound and Transport – both requiring dedicated support and coordination expertise. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring impounded parts are processed efficiently and that transport operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Impound:

• Resolve booking-in issues for BOM components on site.
•  Maintain a small impound racking area, tracking and managing stock using initiative and Excel tools.
•  Attend face-to-face meetings and Teams sessions to communicate effectively across departments.
• Work closely with component owners, stores, purchasing, planning, and BSC to ensure parts are booked into build stock.

Transport:

• Coordinate internal transport between build and packing teams.
• Support daily start-up logistics meetings and prepare dispatch paperwork.
• Submit transport requests and maintain an accurate Excel diary tracking all battery packs from planning through to dispatch.

What We’re Looking For

•  Experience in warehousing/logistics operations.
•  Intermediate Excel skills – essential for tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with MS Office, Teams, and handling multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with attention to detail.

What You’ll Get

• Competitive salary £30 - £32ph DOE
• Contract role 3-6 months Inside IR35
