Inspector – Automotive Quality

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Inspectors to support our quality operations in the automotive sector. In this role, you will be responsible for visual inspection, sorting automotive parts, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met on site.

This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, responsible, and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual quality inspections of automotive parts
• Sort components according to specifications (OK / NOK)
• Carry out simple rework and corrections of parts if required
• Record inspection results and complete basic documentation in the system
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
• Support smooth material flow within the workplace
• Report any defects or issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor immediately
• Ensure proper handling and labeling of inspected materials
• Perform additional tasks as required by management

What We’re Looking For

• Attention to detail and responsible approach to work
• Good eyesight (glasses/contact lenses are acceptable)
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to work in a three-shift operation
• Basic PC skills
• Czech language level B2 minimum

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in automotive quality control
• Basic knowledge of English
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment

Employment Type: Full-time

Contract Type: Employment contract (for the duration of the project)

Start Date: Immediate start possible

Operation: Three-shift operation (morning / afternoon / night shifts)

Required Education: Vocational training

Language Requirements: Basic English knowledge

Salary: 150 CZK/hour (+ 10 CZK variable bonus)

Meal Allowance: 120 CZK/day

Sick Days: 2 days

Additional Vacation: Not provided
