Driver CPC Instructor

We are seeking experienced and qualified CPC Driver Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold valid CPC qualifications (Modules 1 & 3) and have a strong background in driver training and compliance. You will be responsible for delivering professional training, assessing driver competency, and ensuring high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accredited CPC training sessions covering Modules 1 & 3.
- Assess and certify drivers, maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
- Ensure all training complies with UK transport, road safety, and driver‑regulation standards.
- Adapt training content to meet varying learner needs and operational environments.
- Provide guidance on driver best‑practice, safety culture, and continuous improvement.
- If qualified, deliver additional driver‑related courses (e.g., defensive driving, vehicle inspections).
Skills & Experience Required:
- Valid CPC qualification for Modules 1 & 3.
- Proven experience delivering training to professional drivers.
- Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation, driver CPC requirements, and road safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, assessment and coaching skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to adapt training to diverse audiences.
