This role is crucial to G&P´s future success in Czech, supporting the business by expanding our customer base across targeted industries with a strong focus on strategic growth. Key objectives include increasing sales revenue and improving business margins. 


Job description, powers and responsibilities

- Responsible for the growth of G&P market share.

- Achieving the company's planned growth in turnover and profitability by prospecting and winning new business opportunities using your own network as well as G&P's database of existing customers and relationships.

- Utilizing personal relationships with customer executives to gain an understanding of ongoing activity and the potential for future business development.

- Ensuring accurate and timely sales forecasting to achieve the financial objectives of the business in line with Group strategy and agreed BMI metrics.

- Continually review and update G&P's comparative position against competitors - using this information to further develop the ongoing business strategy through the identification of sales opportunities.

- Accountable for sales activities, working closely with functional partners, ensuring quotations and presentations are prepared well in advance of deadlines and ensuring all customer visits are documented through reports and the sales process.

- Working closely with other departments to ensure recruitment and retention of the right technical skills and minimizing inefficiencies on new projects.

- Ensuring compliance with group sales and pricing strategies.

This position is practically oriented where you demonstrate an understanding of business details, exhibit critical thinking and lead business development activities.


Employee Requirements

The position is suitable for candidates with a degree:

Secondary education with a high school diploma

First level university degree


Language skills

English - Intermediate (B2)
