About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Build Technician to join a prestigious automotive manufacturer in Woking, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-end vehicles within a dynamic and innovative production environment. The role involves assembling, preparing, and testing vehicles to the highest quality standards, supporting both production and new model introduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and prepare vehicles according to production specifications
• Ensure all work meets stringent quality and safety standards
• Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and build plans accurately
• Conduct quality checks during assembly and report any issues promptly
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support vehicle launches and improvements
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during vehicle builds
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Build Technician or in automotive assembly, ideally with luxury or high-performance vehicles
• Strong understanding of vehicle build processes and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to work in a fast-paced environment
